A medical group is in need of a Remote Compensation Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing, implementing, and administering compensation programs
  • Helping develop compensation philosophy and strategy
  • Ensuring that compensation plans are aligned with company strategy and long-term goals

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in compensation design, analysis, and administration
  • B.S. required
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and report data
  • Aptitude for learning new systems
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, database and word processing computer applications
