A medical group is in need of a Remote Compensation Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Designing, implementing, and administering compensation programs
- Helping develop compensation philosophy and strategy
- Ensuring that compensation plans are aligned with company strategy and long-term goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in compensation design, analysis, and administration
- B.S. required
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and report data
- Aptitude for learning new systems
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, database and word processing computer applications
