Job Summary

A developer of technology has an open position for a Remote Compensation Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Directing the strategic design, implementation and administration of compensation programs
Setting up cadence of regular reviews of market competitiveness
Developing, maintaining, and presenting on compensation metric reporting and trends

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Bachelors in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
HR professional with demonstrable experience of 8+ years
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
Proficient knowledge related to all facets of compensation program development and design
Experience in management role of 3+ years
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
