Job Summary

A developer of technology has an open position for a Remote Compensation Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Directing the strategic design, implementation and administration of compensation programs
  • Setting up cadence of regular reviews of market competitiveness
  • Developing, maintaining, and presenting on compensation metric reporting and trends

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • HR professional with demonstrable experience of 8+ years
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
  • Proficient knowledge related to all facets of compensation program development and design
  • Experience in management role of 3+ years
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
