A developer of technology has an open position for a Remote Compensation Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Directing the strategic design, implementation and administration of compensation programs
- Setting up cadence of regular reviews of market competitiveness
- Developing, maintaining, and presenting on compensation metric reporting and trends
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelors in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- HR professional with demonstrable experience of 8+ years
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
- Proficient knowledge related to all facets of compensation program development and design
- Experience in management role of 3+ years
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
