Job Summary
A federal employment provider is in need of a Remote Compensation Human Resources Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing guidance/oversight/review of compensation programs
- Developing, analyzing, and issuing regulations/guidance
- Advising VISN, medical center management, and employees on compensation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must have at least 1 year of specialized experience equivalent
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Mastery of the full range of pay, premium pay, and leave administration laws, regulations, principles, etc
