A federal employment provider is in need of a Remote Compensation Human Resources Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing guidance/oversight/review of compensation programs
  • Developing, analyzing, and issuing regulations/guidance
  • Advising VISN, medical center management, and employees on compensation

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must have at least 1 year of specialized experience equivalent
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Mastery of the full range of pay, premium pay, and leave administration laws, regulations, principles, etc
