Job Summary

A K-12 internet-based public school needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Compensation Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing, modifying, and implementing competitive variable pay and incentive compensation programs
  • Planning, developing and implementing compensation goals, objectives, policies
  • Managing the administration and support of various compensation programs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Public Administration
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Five years’ progressively responsible human resources experience
  • Knowledge of principles, methods, and techniques of human resources administration
  • Knowledge of applicable federal and state wage and hour laws, school district rules
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of compensation program development
