Job Summary
A K-12 internet-based public school needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Compensation Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Designing, modifying, and implementing competitive variable pay and incentive compensation programs
- Planning, developing and implementing compensation goals, objectives, policies
- Managing the administration and support of various compensation programs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Public Administration
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Five years’ progressively responsible human resources experience
- Knowledge of principles, methods, and techniques of human resources administration
- Knowledge of applicable federal and state wage and hour laws, school district rules
- Knowledge of principles and practices of compensation program development
