Job Summary
A healthcare technology company has a current position open for a Remote Compensation Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing expert advice and guidance to various stakeholders on day-to-day application of compensation programs, policies, and procedures
- Analyzing and reviewing job classification and reclassification requests
- Researching and analyzing competitive compensation practices in the job market including equity compensation
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience in HR, specialized in compensation administration
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of compensation and HR tools, ie. Radford, Option Impact, Paylocity
- Experience designing and leading compensation programs in a pre-IPO environment with 500+ employees
- Expert level MS Excel knowledge, and experience using data to develop reports, influence decisions, and make recommendations
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner using sound judgment
- Proven knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
