Job Summary

A healthcare technology company has a current position open for a Remote Compensation Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to various stakeholders on day-to-day application of compensation programs, policies, and procedures
  • Analyzing and reviewing job classification and reclassification requests
  • Researching and analyzing competitive compensation practices in the job market including equity compensation

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, specialized in compensation administration
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of compensation and HR tools, ie. Radford, Option Impact, Paylocity
  • Experience designing and leading compensation programs in a pre-IPO environment with 500+ employees
  • Expert level MS Excel knowledge, and experience using data to develop reports, influence decisions, and make recommendations
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner using sound judgment
  • Proven knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
