Job Summary
A dairy manufacturer and distributor is filling a position for a Remote Compensation Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining competitive pay information by market pricing and annual market movement analysis
- Continually tracking how our programs are delivering on their intended purpose and design
- Continually monitoring the external environment, to recommend program modifications to drive program effectiveness
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in compensation, finance, accounting or HR
- Bachelor's degree in HR, accounting, finance, or business administration
- Prior experience leading/managing a team
- Experience with sales, short term and long term, and base pay compensation design and evaluation for effectiveness
- Consultative approach, ability to seek for root cause to issues and problems
- Ability to translate complex compensation topics and programs into a user-friendly deliverable
