Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Compensation Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading the development, implementation, communication and administration of the compensation programs and policies
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of existing policies, guidelines and procedures aligned with total rewards strategy
  • Providing ongoing consulting and recommendations regarding job roles/descriptions, internal career architecture, and job leveling framework

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years of relevant compensation experience
  • Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders
  • Knowledge of all federal, state, and local regulations and compliance requirements related to base pay and variable pay programs
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data
