Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Compensation Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the development, implementation, communication and administration of the compensation programs and policies
- Monitoring the effectiveness of existing policies, guidelines and procedures aligned with total rewards strategy
- Providing ongoing consulting and recommendations regarding job roles/descriptions, internal career architecture, and job leveling framework
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of relevant compensation experience
- Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders
- Knowledge of all federal, state, and local regulations and compliance requirements related to base pay and variable pay programs
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data
