Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Compensation Operations Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Operationalizing Compensation and Absence management programs and strategies into scalable, affective technology and process solutions
- Helping to translate high level vision into a clear set of requirements for business, process, tools, training and communication
- Managing programs, gathering requirements, and coordinating tests of the company’s Workday Core and Advanced Compensation modules
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Solid understanding of rewards operations
- Minimum of 3 years of practical Workday HCM, Core Compensation, Advance Compensation
- 3-5 years of Compensation administration experience
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills, coupled with an ownership mentality to ensure tasks are seen through to completion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
- Knowledge of laws and regulations
