Job Summary

A platform for home remodeling and design needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Compensation Partner.

Must be able to:

  • Develop and implement company compensation plans, policies, and programs
  • Develop and track company variable sales incentive compensation programs
  • Develop and maintain company job descriptions alongside People Services

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
  • One to two years of experience in the field of Human Resources or Compensation
  • Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Knowledge of human resource laws, regulations and best practices
