Job Summary

A social media company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Compensation Program Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the planning and execution of our programs while juggling multiple workstreams and competing priorities
  • Identifying and tracking success metrics for the project, proposes and executes improved business processes
  • Managing project elements and provides functional expertise in compensation and other cross-functional people projects

Qualifications Include:

  • BS/BA in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Experience with model building, use of advanced formulas and arrays, pivot tables, data manipulation, VBA in Excel
  • 6+ years compensation/data management/project management experience
  • Experience managing multiple priorities/tasks in a fast-paced, globally matrixed environment
