Job Summary

A marketplace company is seeking a Remote Compensation Program Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Provide functional expertise in the areas of job architecture and leveling
  • Update and maintain market competitive salary bands
  • Develop compensation models and conduct statistical analysis

Qualifications for this position include:

  • BA/BS
  • At least 8 years compensation and program management experience
  • Experience with Aon Radford and Mercer leveling criteria, job families and benchmarks
  • Experience with model building, advanced use of formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation
  • Knowledge of RSUs in publicly traded companies
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
