Job Summary
A marketplace company is seeking a Remote Compensation Program Manager.
Must be able to:
- Provide functional expertise in the areas of job architecture and leveling
- Update and maintain market competitive salary bands
- Develop compensation models and conduct statistical analysis
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS
- At least 8 years compensation and program management experience
- Experience with Aon Radford and Mercer leveling criteria, job families and benchmarks
- Experience with model building, advanced use of formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation
- Knowledge of RSUs in publicly traded companies
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
