Job Summary

A mortgage lending and finance company has an open position for a Remote Compensation Regulatory Compliance Specialist Mortgage Loan Officer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Requesting and reviewing appropriate documentation for compensation plan and payment requests
• Working with managers to compile information for compensation plans and answer any questions
• Drafting loan originator compensation plans

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalency degree
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office software products
• Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, strict deadlines, written and oral communication, etc
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment
