Job Summary
A global insurance company is seeking a Remote Compensation Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Analyze jobs of low to moderate complexity through the job usage
- Support Compensation Consulting Practice, Managers, Talent Advisors and Talent Delivery Teams
- Collaborate on initiatives by providing analytical and reporting support to Compensation Consulting Practice
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration) or equivalent experience required
- 2-4 years of related experience in compensation, related human resources or analytical discipline
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with customer groups
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, decision making, and problem solving skills
- Displays strong PC skills, to include Excel and PowerPoint
