Job Summary
A natural resources retail company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Compensation Technician.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing analytical and project support for various compensation initiatives
- Compiling experience levels for various non-exempt positions
- Performing job slotting and wage analysis
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, etc
- Excellent oral and verbal communications skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic understanding of payroll, accounting, and finance
