A natural resources retail company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Compensation Technician.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing analytical and project support for various compensation initiatives
• Compiling experience levels for various non-exempt positions
• Performing job slotting and wage analysis

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, etc
• Excellent oral and verbal communications skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Basic understanding of payroll, accounting, and finance
