A software development company is seeking a Remote Competencies and Assessment Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating and implementing an end-to-end Assessment Strategy
- Building and maintaining the active Assessment Catalogue
- Providing consultation and guidance to TX Instructional Designers

- Demonstrated ability to create strategies, practical approaches, activities, and measures to drive and sustain behavior change
- Strong ability to sift through data, identify critical information, develop hypotheses, and perform rigorous analyses quickly
- Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead a matrixed team and influence across the organization
- Demonstrated expertise in competency management
- Proven track record of implementing global solutions and leading large, complex projects and teams
- 7- 10 years of relevant work experience in Talent Management, OD or Leadership Development
