A diversified technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Complaint Handling Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Being accountable for leading and redefining complaint handling operations
  • Acting as a role model Change Manager to establish complaints management
  • Driving compliance to global regulations and standards

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s engineering or science degree
  • Minimum of 12 years of related experience in the medical device
  • Direct experience leading post market/complaint handling activities is required
  • Experience with FDA and/or other regulatory audits/inspections is required
  • Must have knowledge of most regulations relative to complaint handling and reporting
  • Ability to drive decision-making while effectively communicating detailed information
