Job Summary

A health technology company has an open position for a Remote Complaint Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Evaluating, investigating, and resolving complaints through various forms of communication
  • Completing initial assessment of reportability and escalating to Potential Safety team, when necessary
  • Analyzing complaint data, gathering additional data as needed

Qualifications for this position include:

  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment
  • Knowledge of US and international regulations for medical device manufacturers, including MDR and Vigilance reports
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills with ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
  • Independent problem solver with excellent written communication skills
  • High initiative in a fast-paced environment
