Job Summary
A health technology company has an open position for a Remote Complaint Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluating, investigating, and resolving complaints through various forms of communication
- Completing initial assessment of reportability and escalating to Potential Safety team, when necessary
- Analyzing complaint data, gathering additional data as needed
Qualifications for this position include:
- US work authorization is a precondition of employment
- Knowledge of US and international regulations for medical device manufacturers, including MDR and Vigilance reports
- Strong organization and prioritization skills with ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Independent problem solver with excellent written communication skills
- High initiative in a fast-paced environment
