Job Summary
A provider of healthcare benefits is seeking a Remote Complex Pediatric Nurse Case Manager II in Tampa.
Must be able to:
- Ensure member access to services appropriate to their health needs
- Perform duties telephonically or on-site
- Conduct assessments to identify individual needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5 years of clinical experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
- BA/BS in a health related field
- Current, unrestricted RN license in applicable state(s)
- Multi-State licensure is required if this individual is providing services in multiple states
- Certification a a Case Manager
- Pediatric Experience
