A technology company is seeking a Remote Compliance Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Conducting due diligence reviews on customer accounts
• Communicating with customers via email, CRM and telephone on compliance-related matters
• Monitoring, reviewing and acting upon alerted accounts for potentially unusual activity

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years of fintech compliance operations or banking compliance operations experience
• Adept communication skills when dealing with possible bad actors with a detective-like mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a drive to deliver outstanding results
• Detail-oriented, familiarity with internet search tools and techniques
• Proven track record in deadline management
• Public record research experience
