Job Summary

A health care company has a current position open for a Remote Compliance Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Utilizing the LogicGate GRC platform to streamline department processes
• Creating reporting capabilities for use in communicating department activities to Senior Leadership
• Tracking compliance work plan activities

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, or related field, or equivalent education and/or experience
• 1 year or more of direct experience in compliance or business analysis in the healthcare sector
• Knowledgeable of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Compliance Program Requirements
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse personalities, and a wide variety of professional backgrounds and experiences
• Ability to work across departments and develop strong, respectful relationships
• Experience working independently and in teams; able to maintain confidentiality and carryout leader directives
