Job Summary

A financial service company has an open position for a Remote Compliance and Legal Commercial Product Counsel.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Advising all levels of the company on a range of laws and regulations
Supporting product and marketing teams across multiple initiative
Implementing streamlined and thoughtful processes to ensure product compliance

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

JD degree and must be admitted to the bar in which this position is located and in good standing
5-10 years of relevant experience in law firms and/or in-house legal departments
Experience advising on truth-in-advertising, UDAP, UDAAP and other consumer protection laws
Proven track record of quickly learning new areas of law
Experience drafting and negotiating data processing agreements
