A software development firm is seeking a Remote Compliance and Process Improvement Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead compliance process improvement initiatives
- Complete post implementation reviews
- Identify, develop and manage compliance operational gaps
Qualifications for this position include:
- 8+ years clinical domain experience
- Demonstrated skills supporting simultaneous projects and continuous improvement programs
- Experience managing or supporting complex relationships, and conflict resolution
- Core Clinical Operations Domain Knowledge
- Consulting skills; identifies key requirements in dynamic environments
