Job Summary

A software development firm is seeking a Remote Compliance and Process Improvement Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead compliance process improvement initiatives
  • Complete post implementation reviews
  • Identify, develop and manage compliance operational gaps

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 8+ years clinical domain experience
  • Demonstrated skills supporting simultaneous projects and continuous improvement programs
  • Experience managing or supporting complex relationships, and conflict resolution
  • Core Clinical Operations Domain Knowledge
  • Consulting skills; identifies key requirements in dynamic environments
