A financial institution has an open position for a Remote Compliance and Relationships Director in Troy.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing, implementing and managing compliance
- Overseeing and/or managing key compliance programs
- Establishing effective and sustainable processes for sponsor bank changes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel Requirements: Up to 20%
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
- At least 10 years' experience in payments financial services
- At least 10 years of experience working directly with banks
- At least 7 years compliance experience in the financial services/payments industries
- 7 years people management experience
