A non-profit healthcare system is seeking a Remote Compliance Coding Auditor in San Diego.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Review the electronic health record to identify potential coding & billing compliance issues
• Prepare written reports of audits, including recommendations to improve compliance

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's Degree In Business, Health-Care Administration or related field
• Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) -REQUIRED
• Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) -PREFERRED
• Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner (CDIP) -PREFERRED
