Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Compliance Director and Pharmacy Benefits Manager in Chicago.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Directing projects, initiatives, regulatory sanctions, executive-sponsored initiatives, regulatory audits or exams, internal audits
- Leading compliance monitoring to identify process gaps, validate compliance levels, map processes, draft corrective actions/remediation plans
- Leading complex investigations and documents findings
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA or BS
- Minimum of 8 years health care/pharmacy, regulatory, ethics, compliance or privacy experience
- Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background to the above requirements
