Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Compliance Director in Durham.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing and implementing programs, policies, and practices to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Serving as a resource for ACS employees on compliance issues
- Maintaining knowledge of laws, regulations, company strategies to assess potential compliance impact
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 8 years experience in health care compliance with demonstrated progressive responsibility
- Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and certification in coding
- Demonstrated ability to work under competing deadlines and adjust responsibilities in response to recalibrated business needs
