Job Summary

A specialty anesthesia practice company is in need of a Remote Compliance Education and Training Specialist in the Dallas Area.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Keeping abreast of trends in the healthcare industry to identify compliance educational trends
• Ensuring compliance policies are disseminated, understood, and effectively implemented
• Assisting Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Compliance in preparing and presenting education modules

Required Skills:

• Participates in educational programs and in-service meetings; attend other meetings as requested and/or required
• Knowledge of CPT, ASA, and ICD-10 codes
• Associate's or bachelors' degree required
• 2 to 3 years in education/training role
• Knowledge of Anesthesia billing and coding requirements and processes
• Advanced knowledge of computers and ability to use word-processing and course development software
