A mortgage company is filling a position for a Remote Compliance Governance Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing subject matter expertise on compliance programs in a GRC application
- Defining and executing on improvement projects that aim at user experience
- Making recommendations to improve policies and procedures
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 5+ years of compliance experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Well-rounded background in technology, compliance, audit and/or assurance
- Experience responding to the business and/or regulatory environment
- Experience proactively recommending changes to controls, reporting, and monitoring
- Ability to create risk assessment templates for vendors which will impact the operation
