Job Summary

A major healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Compliance Investigations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform managerial oversight of all types of fraud, waste and abuse cases
  • Ensure compliance of applicable federal/state regulations or contractual obligations
  • Provide guidance to investigators on effective and efficient investigative strategies

Qualifications Include:

  • Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time within the state of Texas
  • Bachelor's degree or Associates degree plus two years of equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of working in a government, legal, healthcare, managed care and/or health insurance environment
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent skills in developing investigative strategies
  • Ability to participate in legal proceedings, arbitrations, depositions, etc
