Job Summary

A vacation rental company is in need of a Remote Compliance Lead.

Must be able to:

• Manage a small team of compliance coordinators with weekly check-ins
• Research, create and maintain comprehensive regulation documentation
• Assess regulation needs to increase service quality and/or efficiency

Position Requirements Include:

• Strong written communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and deliver results in highly ambiguous environments
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to properly assess problems and provide solutions
• Tech-savvy - including Google applications
• Ability to pull and maintain spreadsheet reports
