Job Summary
A financial institution is filling a position for a Remote Compliance Management System Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Training and shadowing new compliance team members
- Documenting and maintaining all compliance-team related desk procedures
- Creating and delivering annual compliance-related training sessions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Love analyzing workflows and turning them into efficient, well-documented processes
- Be fluent in the language of bank transactions, including ACH, check, debit card, and wire transfers
- Embrace the sometimes thankless job of following up with folks
- Familiarity working with My Compliance Office or similar software
- Understand the business banking landscape and have familiarity with international activity and ownership
