Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Compliance Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Contributing to the development and implementation of all elements of the compliance program
• Managing and overseeing the development of the compliance program
• Collaborating on the development and implementation of compliance program policies and procedures

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of legal, regulatory, and/or compliance with a healthcare provider or managed care organization
• Baccalaureate degree
• Knowledge and experience with US government healthcare program compliance in a provider or managed care setting
• Experience implementing and executing the elements of an effective compliance program
• Proven strategic and tactical execution, collaboration, teamwork, and customer-centric thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to listen and to break down complex concepts
