a senior healthcare company is in need of a Remote Compliance Manager .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Ensure policies and procedures are kept up to date and executed on and followed
• Ensure organization complies with the DMG Compliance Plan and HIPAA
• Manage any internal audits and any external audit requests

Required Skills:

• Compliance expertise with 5 or more years experience
• Relentless attention to detail in managing a compliance program for a new provider group
• Skills to manage complexity of a close health plan relationship
