Job Summary
A financial technology company is in need of a Remote Compliance Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform basic reviews of marketing assets for UDAAP and other advertising risk
- Serve as the primary compliance point of contact for our bank partners
- Build out existing internal compliance testing framework and conducting routine testing/monitoring
Qualifications for this position include:
- Have at least five years work experience in bank or fintech compliance
- Comfortable carving your path in a fast-paced environment
- Able and excited to conceive of and execute projects independently
- Have the ability to quickly pick up new concepts, and dive into a problem with a solutions-oriented, outcome-focused mindset
- Able to jump in and advise product, marketing and other key stakeholders in the business
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, and the ability to develop creative solutions for challenging, open-ended problems
