Job Summary
A financial technology company is seeking a Remote Compliance Officer Associate General Counsel.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring and independently credibly challenges the reporting, escalation, and timely remediation of issues, deficiencies or regulatory matters regarding compliance risk management
- Overseeing the Company's execution of compliance related decisions,
- Providing oversight and monitoring of risk-based compliance programs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years of healthcare industry experience – pharmaceutical, biotechnology or health care system
- Knowledge of HHS, FDA, and company policies and procedures
- 3+ years must include direct experience in risk management
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills and persuasion skills
