Job Summary
A banking technology company has a current position open for a Remote Compliance Operations Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing critical operational support and guidance to ensure partners are in compliance
- Training our bank and partners on the Case Management System
- Assisting the banks with ad-hoc BSA control testing data gathering and questions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6+ years experience as a team leader or supervisor working in financial services
- Working knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act
- Working knowledge of anti-money laundering disciplines
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships
- Knack for analyzing data ensuring a better understanding of the big picture
