Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Compliance Paralegal.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and legal support to the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Legal Officer
  • Research state and federal laws and regulations
  • Maintain Compliance Policies and Procedures

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree with a paralegal certificate from an ABA qualified program
  • 5+ years of healthcare experience
  • Experience in researching and analyzing state and federal law and regulations
  • Comprehensive understanding of HIPAA, HITECH and state privacy requirements
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated and strong work ethic
