Job Summary
A medical device manufacturer is in need of a Remote Compliance Training Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Design compelling training content and coordinate with external vendors to source training content
- Facilitate the development of comprehensive Compliance training programs
- Analyze and determine training needs and create customized training curricula
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel Requirements: Up to 10%
- Bachelor’s Degree required or non-US equivalent required
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in training (developing materials, facilitating training, etc.) required
- Experience working in or with Compliance functions and/or programs a plus
- Creative mind, able to transform training content into attractive training material
