A technology-enabled solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Compliance Underwriter in Houston.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying potential problems within the underwriting administrative process and identifying compliance irregularities within the loan file
- Capturing loan data from documents
- Performing loan file reviews to ensure federal and state regulatory requirement and guidelines are met
Qualifications for this position include:
- HS Diploma/GED
- Microsoft Office skills
- 1+ years in any area of the residential mortgage industry with familiarity of mortgage origination documents
- Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction
- Excellent time management skills
