Job Summary
A health sciences university is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Computational Support Laboratory Helper in Houston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the bioinformatic analysis of existing whole-genome and targeted bisulfite sequencing data sets
- Manage the interpretation of analysis results and planning next stage experiments
- Understand related recent literature in developmental epigenetics
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School diploma or GED
- Preference for candidate with experience in epigenetics and bisulfite sequencing analysis
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R is advantageous
