Job Summary

A business services company has a current position open for a Remote Computer Hardware Technical Support Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Make attempts to resolve issues and deescalate issues of irate or dissatisfied clients
  • Respond to requests and calls from customers related to client specific programs and products
  • Escalate calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Customer service experience
  • Phone related customer service skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
