Job Summary
A business services company has a current position open for a Remote Computer Hardware Technical Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Make attempts to resolve issues and deescalate issues of irate or dissatisfied clients
- Respond to requests and calls from customers related to client specific programs and products
- Escalate calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Phone related customer service skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
