Job Summary
An information technology and professional services company is seeking a Remote Computer Operations Analyst Data Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading all aspects of data operations
- Establishing and tracking SLAs for all data operations activities
- Providing input into establishing appropriate communication frameworks
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of experience working in data or technical operations
- Experience working with data integration platforms
- Demonstrated experience of running data support teams around data platform and products
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working in the cloud (AWS or Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience with cloud monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk or similar
