Job Summary

An online technology education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Computer Science Student Success Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage automated and manual alerts regarding attendance, performance, and the student experience
  • Monitor and evaluate students’ academic and interpersonal performance to determine outreach efforts
  • Collaborate with Instructors, Staff, Section Leads and Team Leads regarding support escalations

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experienced in adapting to new technologies and student success tooling platforms
  • 2+ years working in a student facing role in education
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities and tasks
