Job Summary
A computer software company has a current position open for a Remote Computer Software Account Management Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Hiring, managing, and supporting a team of account managers
- Working with sales to renew customer contracts and position cross sell and upsell opportunities
- Designing and executing a quarterly business review process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years in an Account Management role with a B2B tech company
- 3+ years of experience and are passionate about building, developing, and managing a high-performing team
- Your teams have a track record of exceeding renewal and other revenue targets
- A deep understanding of how to reach audiences with the written word, virtual, and in-person presentations
- The ability to work with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders to achieve alignment and output
- Track record of coming up with creative solutions to complicated problems
