Job Summary
A computer software company has an open position for a Remote Computer Software Customer Success Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building and leading a highly efficient global Customer Success team with teams in the US, UK, and Ukraine
- Overseeing the teams responsible for customer support, onboarding, retention and upselling opportunities
- Coaching the team on strategies for building strong consultative relationships at multiple levels
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 10 years of experience managing customer success, services or support teams
- 5 or more years in technical people management roles at the director level
- Has technical experience using APIs, CSV, or IPAAS solutions like Mulesoft or Informatica
- A solid understanding of US corporate accounting and related systems
- Experienced with analytics and providing regular reports on key metrics to senior leadership and the board
