Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Remote Computer Software Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive increased product usage on existing accounts
- Proactively engage with customers
- Implement scheduled format and cadence of communication with customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and trade events as needed
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years Industrial technology and/or operations experience, either directly or in a sales/consulting role
- 4 years experience in a customer success with enterprise (High Touch) customers
- Deep understanding of industrial operations and enterprise IT landscape
- Quick learner that understands technology, relating it to customer environments quickly
