Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Remote Computer Software Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Drive increased product usage on existing accounts
  • Proactively engage with customers
  • Implement scheduled format and cadence of communication with customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and trade events as needed
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years Industrial technology and/or operations experience, either directly or in a sales/consulting role
  • 4 years experience in a customer success with enterprise (High Touch) customers
  • Deep understanding of industrial operations and enterprise IT landscape
  • Quick learner that understands technology, relating it to customer environments quickly
