Job Summary
An engineering and technical services company is filling a position for a Remote Computer System Cyber Security Analyst 1.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting risk assessment and provides recommendations for application design involved in a wide range of security issues
- Designing, testing, and implementing state-of-the-art secure operating systems, networks, and database products
- Using encryption technology, penetration and vulnerability analysis of various security technologies
Position Requirements Include:
- Relevant knowledge and or experience of analyzing network traffic via PCAP APIs
- Understanding of common network protocols and network traffic analysis
- 0 years' experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience
- Relevant knowledge and or experience of using command line tools
- Relevant knowledge and or experience with common cybersecurity tools
- Relevant knowledge and or experience writing and using common scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell
