Job Summary
A software development firm is filling a position for a Remote Computer Vision Applied Scientist.
Must be able to:
- Research, design and implement scalable computer vision models
- Invent or adapt new scientific approaches, models or algorithms driven by customers' needs
- Work with cross-functional science, engineering and product teams, and influence our science and business strategy
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Python, Java, or C++ including object-oriented design
- 1+ years of experience in building scalable machine learning solutions (computer vision) for business applications
- Broad knowledge of ML techniques such as Decision Tree Ensembles, Neural Networks, Auto-Encoders, Clustering, and Graph Models
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
