An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Computing Customer Success Advocate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identify, document and follow up with engineers on project tasks
  • Provide value to the company through customer conversion, retention, and making recommendations
  • Collaborate with members of other team and be a resource to teammates

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience in financial, budget, and cost modeling
  • Experience acting as a product owner and/or scrum master
  • Experience with Accelo Business Automation platform
