Job Summary

A company is looking for a Concierge - Call Center (Remote) to enhance the experience and coordination of clinical and wellness services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for members and patients, responding to inquiries via various communication platforms
  • Verify program eligibility, enroll members, schedule appointments, and assist with technical support
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED certificate required
  • 1 year of experience in Call Center or Customer Service operations, preferably in Managed Care or Health Care
  • 3 years of general office experience, including administrative support and project management preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency with multiple internal and external systems and tools
